1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Ordna platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not access or use Ordna.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ordna is a cloud-based project management platform designed for home staging professionals. The service includes tools for job tracking, client management, quote creation, invoice management, scheduling, and related business operations.

Ordna is provided on a subscription basis. Access to specific features depends on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at security@getordna.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
• Accounts are for individual use and are non-transferable. Each person must use their own account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ordna to:

• Violate any local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes any third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or data contained therein.

6. Termination

You may cancel your Ordna subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time prior to deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ordna is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordna and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Ordna in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
